My Story
I have the great pleasure of working with clients to help them to create greater levels of meaning, success, and happiness in their lives and work. I meet with clients from around the world by phone and video.
My practice is grounded in Positive Psychology, a research-based branch of psychology that studies what really causes people to thrive in their lives and work, and how we can apply those findings in practical ways.
My Career
I came to this work after extensive study of positive psychology theory and practice while getting my MBA at Harvard Business School. My career includes experience in both the pharmaceutical and financial services industries.
I work with an extremely limited number of clients, as I continue to be active in the financial services industry. My career has included executive roles at LPL Financial, where I held positions in national sales, corporate strategy, and ultimately oversaw a division of over 200 people. Prior to joining LPL Financial I had raised millions for a start-up firm (Putney), trained executives on peak performance (The Energy Project) and acted as a strategy consultant to the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies (Charles River Associates).
My Education
I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA from Bowdoin College. I have also been trained in the Inside-Out ® and Positive Psychology Coaching methods. In addition, I have studied career satisfaction and happiness at Harvard University.
My Priority
Most importantly of all, I’m a happy father and husband who works every day to balance my career ambitions, personal goals, and duties as a parent.
