In my career I have raised millions for a startup, defined strategy for a $4.5B financial services firm and led a team of over 230 people. I have consulted with over 100 small business owners, helping them grow their businesses and achieve a higher quality of life. 
Education and Approach
I hold an MBA from the Harvard Business School and have been trained in both positive psychology and Inside-Out coaching methods. My work is grounded in empirically validated techniques for assessing and developing individual and organizational potential, identifying and overcoming barriers to success, and enabling far greater levels of achievement.
